AI Automations

Most businesses are paying for the same job twice. Someone answers the same five questions every day. Someone writes a social post that took an hour and got eleven views. Someone misses an enquiry at seven in the evening because nobody was there.

None of that needs a person. Some of it should never be given to a machine. The useful bit is knowing which is which.

We build automations for businesses across the UK, and for personal projects too if that is what you are after.

What we build

Customer support assistants

Answers your customers' actual questions, from your actual information, at any hour. Hands over to a human when it should rather than looping someone in circles.

Content and social media assistants

Drafts and schedules content in your voice. You keep an approval queue if you want one, which most people do at the start and many keep permanently.

Phone and booking assistants

Takes calls, answers routine questions, and books people in. Useful anywhere a phone rings more often than someone can answer it.

Workflow automations

The custom ones. Moving information between systems, generating documents, and chasing the things that currently get chased by hand.

Where this tends to be useful

  • Practices and clinics. Routine calls, appointment questions, and repeat requests that take up reception time.
  • Restaurants and hospitality. Bookings and the same questions about opening times, parking and dietary requirements, at the hours you are busiest.
  • Trades and home services. Enquiries that arrive while you are on a job, and quotes that never get followed up.
  • Professional services. Document generation and the admin that sits between one system and another.

What we will not automate

Worth saying up front, because it is where these projects go wrong.

Anything that changes a number someone relies on does not go near a language model. Prices, bookings, stock, payments, records. Those run on code that does the same thing every time, with the AI sitting alongside rather than in the middle.

An AI that occasionally invents a price is worse than no automation at all.

How it works

Tech audit

We look at where your time actually goes and tell you what is worth automating and what is not. From £195, credited in full against the build if you go ahead.

Scope and quote

A fixed setup price, then a monthly figure for running and maintaining it. Agreed before anything starts.

Build and test

You see it working on your real situation before it goes anywhere near a customer.

Live, with you in control

You can see what it is doing and switch it off.

What it costs

Scoped from the tech audit

We are not going to put a number on this page. These builds vary far more than websites do, and a made-up figure helps nobody. The audit gives you a real price before you commit to anything.

Straight answers

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like whatever it is trained on. Feed it your existing writing and it sounds like you. Feed it nothing and it sounds like everything else on the internet.

Will it publish something wrong?

Not if it is built properly. Content goes through an approval queue by default. Anything involving a number goes through code, not the model.

Do I lose control?

No. You can see what it does and turn it off. That is a build requirement, not an optional extra.

What happens when it breaks?

It gets fixed, which is what the monthly covers. Anything that talks to another company's system will break occasionally, because those systems change without warning.

Is this worth it for a small business?

Sometimes not, and we will tell you if that is the case. If a task takes twenty minutes a month, automating it is a hobby, not a saving.

Can you add this to a website you did not build?

Usually yes. That is part of what the audit checks.

Not sure what is worth automating?

That is what the audit is for. We will tell you what would save you time and what would not, in writing, and you can take it or leave it.
