Description

Included in this build: 3-page website (Home, Listings, Contact and Request a Part), logo design (2 concepts, 1 round of tweaks), up to 20 starter listings, 5 email addresses set up, domain and hosting configured by TO Digital Tech.

Revisions: 2 rounds of changes are included after the first version is shared. Additional rounds are charged at £75 per round, invoiced separately before work begins.

Balance payment: The remaining £325 is due on completion of the website and before handover of all login details, hosting access and files.

Hosting and domain: Hosting renews directly with Hostinger at approximately £80/year from year 2. The .com domain (alke-techspares.com) is free in year 1 and renews at approximately £15/year (Unless changed by hosting provider). These are paid directly to Hostinger by the client (after Ownership transfer), not through TO Digital Tech.

Email addresses: 5 email addresses are included free for the first year via Hostinger. After year 1 a paid email plan will be required. TO Digital Tech will advise when the time comes.

Deposit policy: The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If the project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.

Ownership: Full ownership of the website, domain and all files transfers to Alke-TechSpares on receipt of the final payment. Alke-TechSpares will be responsible for all hosting / domain related payments after the website has been transferred from To Digital Tech to Alke-TechSpares (and Members).

Scope: Any features requested beyond what is listed in the proposal will be quoted separately before work begins.
